About the role

  • Dry Goods Manager responsible for daily operations of grocery department at Coles Supermarkets. Leading the team to achieve sales targets and maintain standards for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department.
  • Contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Drive compliance with visual merchandising, safety, and stock management standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct leadership experience needed to lead, coach and develop the team.
  • Ability to look ahead and energise the team.
  • Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
  • Customer obsession and understanding of diverse customers.
