Full accountability for day-to-day running of your department

Requirements
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Direct leadership experience
Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
Ability to energise team to deliver with pride
Able to maintain Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards
Must be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers
