About the role

- Identify and realize improvement potentials using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods
- Document processes and ensure sustained process quality
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process management, ideally in contract logistics
- Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma desirable
- Experience in leading (partial) projects
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident use of digital tools, ideally experience with PowerApps, SharePoint and no-code/low-code development
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (national and international)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent and structured working style
