About the role

  • Prozessmanager responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics processes at GEODIS. Collaborating with teams and leading projects to ensure a sustainable process quality.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze, optimize and standardize processes in contract logistics
  • Plan, manage and implement process rollouts at national and international sites
  • Take on (partial) project leadership within process optimization projects
  • Work closely with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Identify and realize improvement potentials using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods
  • Document processes and ensure sustained process quality

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process management, ideally in contract logistics
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma desirable
  • Experience in leading (partial) projects
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Confident use of digital tools, ideally experience with PowerApps, SharePoint and no-code/low-code development
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% (national and international)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent and structured working style
