Requirements
9+ years of related experience
BA/BS degree (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
5+ years of progressive training development experience
2+ years leading a team of training/instructional delivery professionals
Expertise in process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance level
