About the role

  • Client Partner managing relationships within the technology recruitment sector. This role focuses on driving service excellence and client satisfaction across defined accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of service and delivery across your client portfolio.
  • Act as the single day‑to‑day point of contact for client queries, ensuring smooth communication and fast resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including HR, procurement, and hiring managers.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and areas for account growth.
  • Drive NFI growth by delivering consistent service, understanding client needs, and identifying ways to add value.
  • Support and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes on behalf of Matchtech to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in regular account review meetings, ensuring issues are addressed and relationships remain strong.
  • Understand and promote the full range of Gattaca group services to support cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders within client organisations to broaden engagement and uncover new opportunities.
  • Recommend and support innovative attraction strategies in collaboration with Fulfilment teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to support client conversations and decision‑making.
  • Build market knowledge, staying informed about trends, skills demands, and recruitment challenges within your sector.
  • Support junior team members through coaching, knowledge‑sharing, and role modelling high‑quality recruitment behaviours.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, account management, or client services.
  • Knowledge of contract recruitment processes.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to problem‑solve and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organisational ability across multiple clients and processes.
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach to identifying opportunities and improving service delivery.
  • The ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, fulfilment, and operational colleagues.
