Own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, upsells, cross-sells, referrals
Build deep relationships with business and technical stakeholders

Requirements
6+ years in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry
5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals, contracts, and conflict resolution
3+ years of proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually, measured by revenue or ACV
Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect
Strong business acumen, the ability to understand client priorities, market dynamics, and operational needs
Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)
Availability to travel when clients need you in the room
