Responsibilities
Support in developing a coherent overall corporate strategy and optimizing management systems.
Analyze company structures, identify areas for action, and support the development of new corporate governance tools.
Implement related change initiatives such as project leadership, change management, and change communication.
Support the introduction of new working methods and accompany forward-looking research and development projects.
Facilitate leadership team meetings and other internal formats; build networks in innovation and technology contexts.
Requirements
Degree in business or a comparable qualification.
Relevant professional experience.
Ideally further training as a systemic and/or agile coach.
Solid expertise in business development, organizational development, change management, or consulting.
Strong understanding of strategic planning and business development.
Well-developed project management skills.
Analytical ability to assess market opportunities.
Creativity and willingness to innovate in developing new processes, products, and business models.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Open to new technologies and confident working with digital tools (MS Office).
