Responsibilities
Join Byredo’s Business Development team and help maximize the brand’s performance across EMEA and the United States
Consolidate & analyze sell-out data to produce performance reports
Build and maintain dashboards to track the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
Consolidate and update regional distribution mapping, including store openings and closures
Assist in compiling and tracking 360° plans by region
Collect and share best practices across markets
Conduct competitive monitoring to support local activation strategies
Assist in preparing meetings with retailers and market visits
Monitor execution of retail initiatives at key points of sale
Help organize internal and external meetings, reviews and seminars
Support logistics and preparation for brand reviews and quarterly updates
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business or a related field
Prior internship experience in luxury or beauty in sales or marketing is a plus
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with data, KPIs and Excel dashboards
Interest in sales strategy and operational marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Organized, proactive, curious and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
