Responsibilities

Gestión del portafolio: qué falta, qué tiene sentido incluir o discontinuar, según las tendencias regulatorias y del mercado, análisis de los conflictos entre productos del mismo portafolio.
Desarrollo de herramientas de ventas para los vendedores con las que puedan transmitir la propuesta de valor, a través de presentaciones, prototipos, jornadas de innovación.
Apoyo al plan de go to market, qué clientes buscar, qué ofrecer y apoyo al equipo de ventas para estructurar sus acciones.
Evaluación continua del rendimiento de productos estratégicos.
Participar en eventos del área.
Requirements
Superior completo en Quimica, Ingeniería Química, Farmacia, Cosmetología o áreas afines.
Experiencia en análisis de mercado, desarrollo de negocios, gestión de portafolios, marketing técnico en la industria química, cosmética o de productos de limpieza.
Inglés fluido o avanzado.
Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de mercado, como Mintel y Euromonitor.
Disponibilidad para participar en ferias y eventos del sector y visitas esporádicas a clientes y proveedores.
