About the role

  • Membership CRM Executive at Future supporting the Membership CRM Lead with campaign execution. Ensuring seamless member communications and assisting with email, onsite messaging, and push notifications.

Responsibilities

  • Be a vital support to the Membership CRM Lead in delivering seamless member communications.
  • Assist with the end-to-end process of campaign execution across email, onsite messaging, and push notifications.
  • Support the creation of relevant and brand-aligned customer touchpoints to help turn casual visitors into loyal members.
  • Focus on the tactical execution and smooth delivery of campaigns defined by the Lead and the Membership Squad.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM role.
  • Proven ability to accurately build and deploy email or multi-channel campaigns using a CRM/Marketing Automation platform (knowledge of Selligent Marketing Cloud desirable).
  • Comfortable extracting and organising data; a desire to understand what campaign numbers mean and how to improve them.
  • Ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy and provide clear briefs for design assets.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and experience with audience segmentation logic.
  • Working with team members and supporting the Membership CRM Lead.
