About the role

  • CRM Administrator managing WordPress and CRM systems for Arqoub Live. Ensuring smooth content publishing and website performance covering political and cultural affairs in Lebanon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the WordPress website (content, pages, plugins)
  • Publish and format articles, news, and multimedia content
  • Maintain CRM systems (user data, segmentation, lists)
  • Ensure website performance, speed, and uptime
  • Manage integrations (email tools, analytics, social media)
  • Monitor and fix technical issues
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • Support content and marketing teams
  • Manage user roles and permissions
  • Ensure data accuracy and security

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in CMS or CRM management
  • Experience with WordPress is required
  • Strong organizational skills
