About the role

Requirements

  • Vocational training or further qualification as a legal assistant, court clerk, notary assistant, or a degree in law
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Confident handling of escalation cases
  • Enjoy direct customer communication via email, chat, and phone
  • Excellent German language skills
