Responsibilities
Plan, direct, execute and monitor the branch's commercial, service, digital adoption and risk strategies and activities.
Implement strategies aimed at meeting the branch's commercial objectives.
Understand the industry and lifecycle of the clients you manage.
Provide regular follow-up and support for the strategies and performance of your team.
Lead clients' business plans in coordination with specialized teams (ECA).
Approve credit and overdraft requests within your authority.
Manage, prepare and present credit operations for the clients you manage.
Promote digital adoption among the branch's clients and empower your teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Leadership and team management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of product and service portfolios, with emphasis on Agribusiness and Government sectors.
Ability to leverage effective tools to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Proficiency with office software: Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
