Responsibilities

  • Align with Head of Department to ensure portfolio success
  • Streamline peer review process and ensure quality
  • Oversee daily operations and support Review Operations Managers
  • Ensure collaboration internally and across teams
  • Represent portfolio's interests to stakeholders
  • Monitor progress towards targets and lead team objectives
  • Resolve escalated issues in collaboration with teams

  • Project oversight to improve efficiency and processes
