About the role

  • Business Development Manager increasing sales and market share for Fresha's beauty and wellness marketplace. Managing the sales process and engaging prospects in Melbourne/Victoria to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help build Fresha's presence across Melbourne/Victoria
  • Report directly to the Head of Business Development APAC
  • Focus on bringing in new business development
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Actively engage with prospects using a multi-channel approach
  • Use product demos to help businesses understand Fresha’s benefits

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales with a track record of success
  • Excited about selling to hair salons, beauty spas, barber shops
  • True hunter and relationship builder
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Naturally curious and desire to continually grow and develop
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
