About the role
- Junior Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting students, apprentices, and holiday workers. Engaging qualified candidates and collaborating with various departments for talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Operatives Recruiting für Nachwuchszielgruppen (insbesondere Auszubildende, Studierende und Ferienaushilfen)
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Screening und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen
- Teilnahme an Interviews, Angebotsaussprache
- Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und HR Country Partner in allen operativen Recruiting-Fragen
- Identifizierung und Auswahl geeigneter Kandidat*innen über unterschiedliche Kanäle wie Stellenanzeigen, Active Sourcing, Agenturen
- Erschließung neuer Recruiting-Kanäle sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kanäle
- Pflege und Ausbau eines Netzwerks aus internen und externen Kooperationspartnern
- Teilnahme an Recruiting-Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Aktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat*innen über geeignete Plattformen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Prozessen und KPIs
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition, idealerweise in einem Industrie- oder Beratungsunternehmen
- Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Anwendung von Recruiting- und Personalmarketinginstrumenten von Vorteil
- Moderations- und Präsentationserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Teams)
