About the role

  • Customer Happiness Manager managing B2B customer relationships and enhancing service processes. Involved in onboarding and feedback collection with a hybrid work model in Rheinbach, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive management and development of our existing customers
  • Personal, respectful, peer-level customer contact
  • Accurate documentation and maintenance of all customer interactions in HubSpot
  • Optimization of existing Customer Happiness and service processes
  • Onboarding of new customers, including individualized support
  • Identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Sales & Product teams
  • Collecting, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback
  • Proactive thinking, contributing, and improving — not just 'working through tasks'

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Customer Success, Customer Happiness, Account Management, or Service
  • Ideally experience in staffing/personnel services, recruiting, or freelancing
  • Enjoyment of genuine customer contact and relationship-building
  • Structured work approach and enthusiasm for process optimization
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills; empathetic and solution-oriented
  • Enthusiasm for topics such as New Work, work–life balance, and modern work environments
