About the role

  • Global HR Support Specialist managing recruitment administrative tasks and assisting business leaders. Support position management and ensure day-to-day operations of Global Talent Acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • handling position management, promotions, recruitment administrative tasks
  • ensuring compliance with standardised processes
  • supporting the People & Culture team
  • assisting, guiding, and supporting people leaders in administrative tasks
  • handling the recruitment process in our recruitment system
  • managing job requisition projects
  • handling questions and requests from managers and candidates
  • providing administrative support to global learning activities

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • experienced in the HR shared services environment
  • knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, master data, and SAP HR Module
  • ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities
  • strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • eye for detail
  • ability to work both individually and as part of the team
