About the role

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services for clients
  • Monitor account performance, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or in a similar client-focused role
  • Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
