About the role

  • Senior Executive – Learning & Knowledge Management at TechnipFMC, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs and managing CSOD activities. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learner experiences in the Norway region.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage learning activities in CSOD, including setup, user management, and reporting
  • Coordinate regional and global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution
  • Prepare learning reports, analyze data, and share insights with stakeholders
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning Operations/Knowledge Management
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) is mandatory
  • Global or regional exposure preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
