About the role

  • Executivo Comercial focused on generating new opportunities through active prospecting at Economatica. Developing relationships with financial market decision-makers and presenting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a hunter, focused on generating new opportunities (outbound)
  • Prospect and develop relationships with decision-makers in the financial market
  • Lead consultative meetings to understand customers' pain points and needs
  • Present Economatica's solutions (platform, API, data, reports)
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Lead complex negotiations and close contracts
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success to optimize conversion and retention
  • Achieve aggressive new-customer acquisition targets

Requirements

  • Extremely resilient profile (doesn't give up easily; handles rejection well)
  • Strong results- and target-oriented mindset
  • Hunter mentality: enjoys opening doors and creating opportunities
  • Analytical ability and structured reasoning
  • Executive-level communication (comfortable speaking with C-level executives)
  • Autonomy and ownership mentality
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, data, or financial services)
  • Experience with consultative sales and longer sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the financial market (strong plus)
  • Bachelor's degree completed
