About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring SMEs for novated leasing within FleetPartners. Building partnerships and supporting marketing efforts for lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a sales pipeline of new SME novated opportunities, from lead through to approved application and quote.
  • Build and manage strategic Dealer and OEM partnerships to generate new novated leasing referrals.
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive lead generation by refining the SME novated proposition, improving website performance and supporting campaigns that increase inbound enquiries.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with novated leasing products and processes, able to advise and support both employers and employees.
  • Experience navigating complex sales involving multiple stakeholders, including both company representatives and individual end users.
  • Proven strong sales and presentation skills and display a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills.
