About the role

  • Sales Manager driving field customer acquisition for innovative payment solutions in a hybrid setting. Seeking candidates with sales experience and strong negotiation skills for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
  • Visit and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by Inside Sales (50–60 bookings per month)
  • You work independently and can plan your week yourself, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets
  • You maintain and independently grow your customer base
  • Independent installation of terminals and POS systems for acquired customers

Requirements

  • Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or professional roles is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) required
  • No specific degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written German language skills
