About the role

  • Sales Manager acquiring clients in the field for innovative payment solutions and handling pre-qualified customer appointments with autonomy. Maintain and expand customer base with performance incentives.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
  • Attend and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by inside sales (50–60 bookings per month)
  • Work independently and plan your own week, ensuring your targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain and proactively expand your customer portfolio
  • Independently install terminals and POS systems for acquired customers

Requirements

  • Sales experience through internships, part-time jobs, or professional positions is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Valid driving license (class B) required
  • No specific degree required
  • Excellent written and spoken German
