About the role

  • Vice President managing insights and sales for beauty clients at Circana. Leading a high-performing team to drive client relationships and meet sales targets through strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of beauty clients and build strong, executive‑level relationships
  • Present strategic, insight‑driven narratives to senior leaders
  • Position and sell Circana solutions that directly address client needs and drive measurable value
  • Meet sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable insights that shape client strategies
  • Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ Years of experience
  • POS and, or Panel software experience required
  • preferred experience with Unify+ CPG or Gen Merch experience
  • preferred experience in Beauty
  • Experience leading a team of 5 or more people and managing people managers
  • Ability to travel to New York City by car or train a few days a month to meet with clients
