About the role

  • Sales Manager facilitating Flatpay's entrance into the French market by selling innovative payment solutions to SMEs. Engage with business leaders to drive sales growth and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales within your assigned territory
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME decision-makers
  • Sell Flatpay solutions using provided qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
  • Generate your own sales opportunities
  • Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
  • Build your local network and leverage customer referrals
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities
  • Install and support customers
  • Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
  • Train customers on how to use our equipment
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one

Requirements

  • You are motivated by field sales, ideally with experience in a B2B or customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) — required
