Responsibilities
Definir e liderar a estratégia comercial da BU de benefícios para grandes contas
Liderar, desenvolver e escalar o time de vendas grandes contas, garantindo alta performance e engajamento.
Atuar diretamente em negociações estratégicas, apoiando o time em deals complexos e de alto valor.
Construir e manter relacionamento com decisores C-level, RH, Finanças e Compras em grandes empresas.
Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing, Growth, Produto e CS, garantindo uma jornada integrada do cliente.
Definir e acompanhar KPIs comerciais.
Participação em feiras e eventos de relacionamento.
Disponibilidade para viagens.
Requirements
Experiência sólida com foco em grandes contas / enterprise.
Vivência em vendas B2B consultivas, com ciclos longos e múltiplos stakeholders.
Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de times comerciais.
Capacidade analítica para gestão de pipeline, forecast e indicadores de performance.
Forte habilidade de negociação, comunicação e influência em nível executivo.
