Responsibilities
A Senior Treasury Management Sales & Payments Advisor focuses on new business generation for prospects and existing clients
Acts as primary TM Advisor on opportunities to help clients optimize working capital management
Collaboration with the team which includes Relationship management, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation
Maintain professional level (c Suite) calling efforts to develop new and existing client relationships
Generate proposals, respond to RFP’s, and coordinate the implementation of new clients and services
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Complete all required compliance training
Conduct relationship reviews, service clients, and increase product cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
10+ Years in a treasury sales role
Certified Treasury Professional designation (CTP) as awarded by the Association for Financial Professionals is strongly preferred.
Expert knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services
Expert understanding of business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization
Excellent understanding of both business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight
Expert sales/negotiation aptitude and the ability to tactfully communicate at a senior executive level
Ability to prepare, present and direct client proposals
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to resolve a service challenge or develop a solution
