About the role

  • Sales Consultant managing the leasing program and client relationships in the automotive segment. Focused on enhancing and renewing contracts along with strategic sales alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial monitoring of the vehicle subscription program, with a focus on increasing and renewing contracts;
  • Visits, training, customer service, sales support and meetings with the dealer network (DN) and business partners;
  • Management of activity indicators and alignment of sales strategies with the dealer network (DN) and business partners;
  • Monitoring of negotiations originating from the network together with the Fleet Outsourcing team and VWFS Relationship Managers;
  • Management of dealer advanced inventory (DN): control, analysis, separation, adjustments, direction and follow-up;
  • Internal follow-ups and handling of contracts: sending contracts, completed order integration, chassis/VIN linking, preparation through to delivery;
  • Renewals: portfolio management and updates on ongoing negotiations;
  • Guidance and assistance to dealers (DN) in the analysis/reanalysis of customer profiles and credit for prospective clients;
  • Support and management of the Sales Incentive Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with the geographic area of operation;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B);
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area within the automotive segment;
  • Agility, sense of ownership, customer focus, sense of urgency, commitment, and strong relationship-building skills with the dealer network and internal teams.
