About the role

  • Marketing Manager creating digital marketing assets for First Book's programs. Building marketing plans and executing multi-channel campaigns to support education initiatives from ideation to impact reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Use creativity and marketing savvy to help get thousands of books and critical resources to kids in need!
  • Build marketing plans and create corresponding digital marketing assets, such as social media creative and email communications.
  • Support Program Design & Resource Creation by creating communication campaigns.
  • Identify success metrics that ensure funded campaigns accomplish both organizational and partner goals.
  • Work alongside brand, corporate and non-profit partnership managers to guide programs from ideation through to impact reporting.
  • Drive successful marketing by designing content and campaign elements/assets for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote new resources and initiatives through various channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, implementing adjustments accordingly, and create reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in communications or digital marketing required.
  • Experience managing performance-oriented paid social media campaigns, such as Meta and/or Google Ads required.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva required.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, or another similar email platform preferred.
  • Experience with Word Press preferred.
  • Experience with external client/partner relationship management preferred.
