Responsibilities
Own the US hospital Ottava program rollout strategy
Define best‑practice launch models that align hospital economics, operational readiness, and Ottava systems differentiated capabilities
Identify and address systemic barriers to successful program launch
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the unmet needs of US hospital executives
Identify emerging US trends in capital purchase behavior
Translate insights into Challenger‑based narratives
Define the US peer‑to‑peer customer engagement strategy
Partner closely with Capital Sales to understand field challenges
Own the creation of insight led tools, programs, and decision enablement resources
Support hospitals during program readiness, activation, early utilization, and expansion
Collaborate across Commercial, Training, Medical Affairs, Product, and Operations teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive business experience in roles demonstrating increasing responsibility
Prior marketing experience in the medical device industry required
Experience with healthcare / medical capital equipment marketing required
Experience selling a capital medical device to US hospitals preferred
