Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across Europe
  • Define and execute portfolio strategy across multiple markets.
  • Empower teams to shape and execute local strategies aligned with regional priorities.
  • Translate marketing vision into clear, actionable plans across countries.
  • Coach on market positioning, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
  • Drive data-led decision-making, balancing regional insights with local intelligence.
  • Establish pricing strategies, including country-specific considerations and contracts.
  • Optimise portfolio structure to maximise brand equity across diverse markets.
  • Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and reporting at regional and local levels.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across divisions and geographies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in medical devices marketing or sales
  • 2+ years in people leadership
  • Strong understanding of European healthcare markets and dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across cultures.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Confidence operating within a matrixed, cross-divisional organisation.
