Responsibilities
Making telephone calls to donors and supporters as part of campaigns, e.g. informational campaigns about legacy donations, donor acquisition or donation increases
No cold calling – we only call people who already know and/or support us
Providing targeted information about the work of Save the Children
Recording conversation- and donation-related data digitally
Participating in regular workshops to optimize telefundraising
Working in our Berlin office
Requirements
Ideally experience working in a call center, telephone customer service, or in retail, hotel or catering
Strong service orientation and warm, empathetic, and persuasive telephone communication
Very good verbal communication skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1); basic English skills desirable (B2)
Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with databases and a solid technical understanding are an advantage
