About the role

  • Escrow Operations Manager overseeing day-to-day operations and team management in the escrow department for high profile clients. Responsible for establishing and managing processes and compliance within effective timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the operating activities of the escrow department to provide top rated service for high profile clients within desired timeframes
  • Assures that all employees within area of responsibility are working towards a common goal
  • Participates in the development of both short and long range plans for the organization and personnel
  • Collaboratively engages with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions to further business effectiveness
  • Advises team and handles non-routine matters
  • Builds out new projects within utilized systems
  • Creates and implements new processes in accordance with divisional guidelines
  • Reviews processes for compliance and efficiency

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7 years of directly related experience
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong process skills required; detail oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Strong Excel, project management and data analysis skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
