Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 - 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Operations-, Automotive- oder Fleet-Umfeld, gerne mit erster Führungserfahrung.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung, z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik/Supply Chain, Automobilwirtschaft.
- Leidenschaft für Prozesse, Effizienz und Qualität – du denkst strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert.
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Partnerbeziehungen und im Umgang mit operativen Herausforderungen.
- Hohe organisatorische Stärke, Detailorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten klar zu setzen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch (C2)- und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1).
