Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or financial operations.
Knowledge of ISO/MSP operations, payment gateways, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance, risk management, chargeback processes, UW, and Interchange qualifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and payment processing platforms.
