About the role

  • Payment Operations Assistant Manager overseeing merchant onboarding and transaction processing at IDT. Collaborating for operational excellence in a fast-growing credit card processing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee day-to-day operations in credit card processing ISO.
  • Ensure efficient merchant onboarding and smooth transaction processing.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Deliver excellent service to partners and merchants.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager and other teams to streamline processes.
  • Drive operational excellence and maintain quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or financial operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO/MSP operations, payment gateways, and settlement processes.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance, risk management, chargeback processes, UW, and Interchange qualifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and payment processing platforms.
