About the role

  • Senior Sales Engineer managing distributor growth and customer engagement in the electric automation sector. Collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and enhance market share.

Responsibilities

  • Drive distributor business and achieve high market share by closely collaborating with distributors and sales engineers
  • Monitor and review distributor performance at customer and product levels to ensure service standards
  • Identify opportunities for customer engagement and actively participate in sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute distributor training programs and ensure adherence to reporting and forecasting routines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Marcom, Application Engineering) to align on business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5 – 8 years of experience in electric automation sales
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution sales & management with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth
  • Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
