Responsibilities
Drive distributor business and achieve high market share by closely collaborating with distributors and sales engineers
Monitor and review distributor performance at customer and product levels to ensure service standards

Develop and execute distributor training programs and ensure adherence to reporting and forecasting routines

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 5 – 8 years of experience in electric automation sales
Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution sales & management with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth
Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
