Responsibilities
Provide critical technical and commercial support for Contherm® scraped surface heat exchanger product line
Train and mentor sales personnel in quoting, specifying and selling the product line
Lead design, product selection and quotation preparation for capital equipment projects
Develop and deliver Product & Application Sales Training and competence initiatives
Collaborate with global stakeholders across different time zones
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Working knowledge of heat exchangers, process equipment, rotating equipment
Background in a B2B manufacturing environment
Experience in a sales support and/or marketing organization
Strong understanding of service offerings and aftermarket value propositions
