Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks as per pre-agreed instructions or make decisions based on your knowledge of Festo's business
  • Collaborate and communicate with Festo colleagues in Lithuania and other European countries
  • Ensure high quality execution of your tasks
  • Continuously monitor department processes, KPIs, and customer needs, and suggest ways to improve internal processes
  • Show eagerness to learn new tasks and offering support in services where it is most needed

Requirements

  • Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in business support
  • English language skills in speaking, writing, and reading are required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Time management skills are necessary for planning and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong orientation to process, good analytical skills
  • Willingness to support our business partners
