Responsibilities
Lead FNW PVF projects from initiation through completion
Maintain project pricing, contract terms, schedules, and documentation
Conduct project meetings and deliver regular status updates
Resolve operational issues to keep projects on schedule
Ensure accurate, timely billing and financial tracking
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
Recommend products and solutions that align with customer requirements
Build strong relationships within the industrial customer group to ensure service
Manage FNW inventory allocation for assigned projects
Coordinate vendor communication regarding supply, production, and delivery
Support demand planning through analysis of actual vs. system demand
Participate in business case reviews for FNW product development
Review and approve FNW specifications, IOMs, flyers, and marketing materials.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing PVF, industrial, or commercial projects
Strong technical understanding of valves, actuators, or flow control products
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing deadlines
Strong proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
