Requirements
- You have at least 7 years of experience in application project management with clients;
- You understand the challenges and context of SaaS implementations;
- You are able to lead a project team to success;
- You embody the company’s values and standards and can serve as a reference for other project managers;
- You communicate clearly, precisely, and appropriately with both internal and external stakeholders;
- You have a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations;
- You have strong negotiation skills to defuse potential conflicts;
- You are able to take a step back and put challenges into perspective before proposing suitable solutions;
- You have strong analytical skills to quickly identify bottlenecks and solve problems while keeping operational and business issues in mind;
- You are native German speaker and fluent in English;
