Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, working to retain and grow relationships across the region.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients by building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their evolving needs.
Supporting upsell and cross‑sell initiatives by identifying opportunities and collaborating with Sales and Client Success teams.
Managing contract renewals, including pricing discussions, to ensure ongoing commercial value.
Providing feedback to internal teams to help ensure client needs are met and risks are addressed quickly.
Representing FE fundinfo at client events, conferences, and regional industry activities to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).
You can understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercially focused way.
