Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory projects and compliance.
- Experience with Camunda or other BPMN process automation platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the Matera core banking system.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products and systems, with a focus on regulations such as BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank), open banking, PIX, among others.
- Analytical profile, with excellence in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) will be considered a plus.
