Responsibilities

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the development and execution of marketing programs that drive business results.
  • Serving as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, this role ensures work is strategically aligned, on brand, and reflective of client objectives.
  • The Account Manager develops a strong understanding of each client’s business, industry, and goals, contributing to strategic planning while partnering with internal teams to bring programs to life.
  • This role maintains overall account health, supports profitable growth, and proactively identifies opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in an agency account service role, client service position, or marketing department.
  • General advertising, marketing, or direct marketing experience.
  • Exposure to strategic marketing planning and integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present information to clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
