About the role

  • Retail Events Operations Manager at Fanatics International responsible for logistical operations at events in UK and Europe. Managing stock levels, delivery, and collaborating with teams for effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Effective and efficient allocation of product to our retail event locations to ensure we continue to enhance the fan experience at every event.
  • Manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs utilising all tools and systems available to you.
  • Critical analysis of data to ensure performance, quality and plan improvements
  • Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures
  • Collaborate with key head office functions (Logistic, IT, Finance, Merchandising…) to ensure appropriate support to your onsite operations
  • Work with the warehouse and merchandising teams to ensure effective delivery schedules
  • Assist in the development and implementation of any materials management systems that will enhance inventory control at Fanatics
  • Sales data analytics

  • Assist Events Manager on-site

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a Logistics or Supply Chain Management role.
  • Advanced Knowledge and Experience on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
  • Builds effective routines and processes that deliver consistency across our operations and units, and engages colleagues through the process
  • Logical and systematic approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
  • Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
  • Experience in Retail Events would be beneficial but not essential
