Retail Events Operations Manager at Fanatics International responsible for logistical operations at events in UK and Europe. Managing stock levels, delivery, and collaborating with teams for effective operations.
Responsibilities
Effective and efficient allocation of product to our retail event locations to ensure we continue to enhance the fan experience at every event.
Manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs utilising all tools and systems available to you.
Critical analysis of data to ensure performance, quality and plan improvements
Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures
Collaborate with key head office functions (Logistic, IT, Finance, Merchandising…) to ensure appropriate support to your onsite operations
Work with the warehouse and merchandising teams to ensure effective delivery schedules
Assist in the development and implementation of any materials management systems that will enhance inventory control at Fanatics
Sales data analytics
Inventory management
Work on new supply strategies
Assist Events Manager on-site
Requirements
3-5 years in a Logistics or Supply Chain Management role.
Advanced Knowledge and Experience on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
Builds effective routines and processes that deliver consistency across our operations and units, and engages colleagues through the process
Logical and systematic approach to work
High attention to detail
Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions
Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
Experience in Retail Events would be beneficial but not essential
