About the role

  • Event Marketing Associate supporting event lifecycle for Fidelity clients. Coordinating event operations, managing deliverables, and collaborating on presentation content.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and business partners in coordinating event operations and execution for proprietary and third-party industry events.
  • Assist in managing event deliverables, such as speaker preparation, thought leadership placement, brand presence, Social Media plans and attendee engagement.
  • Own and maintain internal marketing tools and repositories including presentation and speaker libraries, and processes in Cvent and Adobe Workfront.
  • Collaborate on presentation content and ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling materials are prepared for all events.
  • Partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to compile post-event reports, including attendee feedback, performance against goals, and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Preferred experience in event coordination, project support, content coordination, or marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Workfront, and CVENT
