About the role

  • Intern in Live Communication / Marketing & Events at MANN+HUMMEL. Supporting event planning, coordination, and marketing activities in Ludwigsburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning, organizing and executing trade shows, exhibitions and events
  • Assist with project coordination, including timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and refine presentations, briefings, run sheets and event concepts
  • Support development of booth and experience concepts as well as activation ideas
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, giveaways and event equipment
  • Assist with on-site event operations and post-event follow-up
  • Support documentation, reporting and performance analysis of live communication activities
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand presence and improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, Media Management or a comparable field
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Interest in live communication, brand activation and the automotive industry
  • Previous experience in event or project management is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured working style, strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for events and brand experiences
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work at events on weekends
