Responsibilities
Realizar investigaciones de mercado detalladas y análisis competitivo en la industria de remesas internacionales y pagos en regiones clave.
Diseñar e implementar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads.
Crear presentaciones atractivas y personalizadas para comunicar la propuesta de valor de Remitee a potenciales clientes.
Apoyar la gestión activa de cuentas de clientes existentes, identificando oportunidades para mejorar el servicio y profundizar relaciones.
Desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y fortalecer asociaciones a largo plazo.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Operaciones, Tecnología, Cumplimiento y Tesorería para garantizar una integración y ejecución del servicio al cliente sin problemas.
Aprovechar fuentes de datos internos para extraer conocimientos y priorizar mejoras en el servicio.
Utilizar herramientas analíticas (ej. Power BI, SQL) para generar informes, identificar tendencias y guiar la toma de decisiones.
Requirements
Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares dentro de fintech, pagos, banca o industrias de billeteras digitales (preferido).
Experiencia en desarrollo de asociaciones comerciales en LATAM y/o EE. UU. es un plus.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y un enfoque basado en datos para la toma de decisiones.
Dominio de herramientas analíticas como Power BI y SQL.
Inglés avanzado es requerido.
