About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating leads and partnering with experts in pharma digital supply chain. Supporting consulting solutions for drug serialization and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new B2B leads in pharma / biotech across EMEA
  • Run structured outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and secure discovery meetings
  • Conduct first discovery, understand client needs and position our services
  • Work with consultants on proposals and support upsell / cross‑sell
  • Maintain pipeline and activities in CRM, report on key sales metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (IT services, consulting or life sciences preferred)
  • Experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Strong research, prospecting and communication skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English; additional EU language is a plus
  • Proactive, self‑driven, comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial team.
