About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating qualified leads for Account Executives in a growing Legal Tech company. Engaging in intensive prospecting and developing lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings that become opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Align with Account Executives to define prospecting strategies and form a strong BDR x AE partnership.
  • Intensive phone prospecting in a dynamic environment (war rooms, contests, incentives…)
  • Multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn): develop strategies to optimize lead generation.
  • Conduct qualification meetings and potentially manage full Mid-Market / Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is a plus (but not required).
  • Bilingual French / English.
  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in business, marketing, management, or communications (preferred).
  • Interest in the Tech / SaaS environment and Legal Tech.
